Thunda Thighs UK ships within the UK and all counties in the EU. We use a variety of couriers to ensure the best rates possible for all our customers.
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time are as follows:
- UK & EU is 4-6 business days
Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches, and/or restocks, shipping times may be longer than anticipated.
Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail or SMS message will be sent containing a link to track your package. You can also track the status of your order through the Order Tracking page.
WHAT IS DELIVERY GUARANTEE?
For a small fee, 'Delivery Guarantee' is automatically added to each cart but may be manually removed. This fee provides the peace of mind that you will receive your package by protecting your order from loss, damage, and/or theft.
- An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "Delivered"
- If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made
How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?
- Domestic orders - 7 days
- International/APO orders - 20 days

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as 'Delivered', but not received
Wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked 'Delivered' before reaching our and filing your claim.
CLAIMS FOR STOLEN ORDERS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF DELIVERY GUARANTEE WAS PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. THUNDA THIGHS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS FOR STOLEN PRODUCT NOT COVERED BY THE DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
For orders over $100, a police report to be filed for your claim to be processed. Proof of police report will be required.
If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, a claim will need to be filed immediately provided that Delivery Guarantee was purchased at the time of checkout.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
Please be careful when entering your shipping address.
Thunda Thighs will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect address will be refunded via E-Gift Card once your package is returned to our warehouse.
A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
